General Inspections include:

 

Exterior: Roof, Siding, Windows, Doors, Grade, Drive and Sidewalks. 

 

Interior:  Kitchen, Bathroom, Fireplace, General condition of each room, Stairs / Rails, Basement, Foundation,                                Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Attic, Water Intrusion.


Add-on inspections include: Wood destroying organisms (Pests), Mold, Radon, Water Quality, Crawl Spaces

Condo prices start at $320 dollars.

Lab fees are not included in these numbers.

RADON TEST

$125 Fee. Additional fees may apply for retesting. Mileage rates may apply for locations beyond a 40 mile radius of Haslett, MI.  

WATER QUALITY

There are (2) standard tests for well water quality. Lab Fees are $16 & $18, (subject to change without notice). $45 sample collection fee. Water samples are time sensitive so the inspection time needs to be coordinated with lab drop of times .
